Short answerFilm quietly from your seat, keep other passengers out of shot, never film crew or security procedures if asked not to, and follow the operator’s rules. Window light makes great selfies.
Be considerate
- Keep your voice down, or record voiceover later.
- Keep strangers out of frame.
- Don’t block aisles to get a shot.
Follow the rules
Airlines, rail operators and airports set their own rules about photography. Crew instructions come first.
Good shots
- Window light on your face.
- Clouds or scenery out of the window.
- Short clips of take-off from your seat, where allowed.
Questions
Can I film in flight mode?
